I have always found myself experimenting with food ever since I could remember! And today was no exception. After craving peaches and realising they were a lil too soft, I decided to get a lil creative in the kitchen and decided to craft my own infused peach tea.

This gorgeous creation can be served hot or cold, and is perfectly paired with a good book and quiet nook.

STEPS//
2 x ripe peaches
1 x teapot
1 x kettle
-

i. Boil kettle

ii. Roughly chop your peaches

iii. Place peaches in teapot with your boiled water

iv. Let the peaches steep for 3-5min depending on preferred intensity

When you train 6 days a week and your wardrobe is 90% gym wear… you begin to find any excuse to wear your new gym clothes beyond the four walls of the gym. Recently I have found myself pairing a white base palette with accents of nude and rose gold

for a more relaxed and understated look.

After an early morning start, adventurous day in and out of the office and energised hour at the gym, I always love to end my day with a cheeky shower escape; after all who doesn't love to escape to the shower and indulge in a waterfall of pure serenity and tranquility?

…hahahaha wait who am I kidding? It's more like an episode of shower karaoke mixed with some freestyle yoga to shave my legs!! 

But if I am totally honest (which I try to be), I think I would really summarise my shower experience by 1. loosing track of the time, and 2. using my level of "prune-ness" to judge if Le Shower time is over.

I think if it were up to me I would never leave my shower!! I must admit I have enjoyed a cup of tea in the shower… and maybe some cereal… hahahaha

But I digress (as per usual).
